Not allowing course editing

I have the same error. I can not upload audio file when I edited my course. Please see the attached image.

I choose upload icon, when I done but nothing happened. But I have the same problem, I can not upload the audio file (.mp3) for words.

I often copy-paste pictures (so without the upload icon). Works quite well. Perhaps try it that way.
