Not able to add Contributors

I’m trying to add some people as contributors but their emails keep getting rejected despite the fact they are registered Memrise users. HELP!!

Is that because you are typing their email address in the “Contributors” box? It’s their Memrise username that you need to put there.

thanks that solved the problem. however now i cannot record audio for the words in my lesson.
