No space to retype in a correct word (since recent change)

Hello!

I am having the following trouble with learning practice since recent Memrise update.
Before, if I make a mistake, there was a space to retype the correct answer. Now its just an indication of the right and wrong answers.

Which settings should I change to get back “retyping space”?

I use Asus notebook.
Browser: Chrome

I don’t understand why they removed this. Re-typing the word after I got it wrong helped me to remember it.

This update removed so much valuable functionality from the site it’s ridiculous.

This has hurt learning so much. I have a much harder time getting it right the next time if I can’t practice typing it first. Please bring it back.
