I am using a Macbook Air with Mac OS Sierra and there is no sound on the French course that I’m taking. I tried downloading the Flash player, cleared Cache, opening the website to Chrome and Safari but still no sound heard. I tried using Windows OS and there is sound on the course. What should I do?
(1) Have you tried restarting your computer?
(2) Are you sure the course or the items you are seeing have sound files?

I tried to restart but still have not heard a sound from my French course. There is audio on other websites, though.
