Suddenly I am no longer hearing anything, no bells, no whistles, no words. Is it just me? What can I do to fix it?

Problem solved: On the upper left corner of the screen was an option to “unmute audio” which toggles to “mute audio”. I clicked this and my audio is back! I must have inadvertantly muted myself.
