I’m doing French 2 but my app doesn’t include pronunciation. It worked absolutely fine French 1 and helped a lot with learning how to pronunce. I’m not sure how to resolve it. Please help.

Did you try to log out and log in again from the app ?
You are talking about the “French 2” from Memrise, for English speakers?
