No progress whatsoever!

I’ve been using Memrise for four days. It’s great! But today I’ve got some problems.

  • I deleted a course; it still remains at my dashboard.
  • I’ve been trying to review some lessons, but I’m stuck with the same 10 words (4, for the Ancient Greek one). For all the courses!
  • I started a new course, by the 5th lesson all my progress was erased and it never appeared on my dashboard.
  • Also, no change at the daily badge, even though the fireworks popped up.

I hope my problem can be solved. I don’t want to start everything over again. I’m getting addicted already!

I have the same problem, clearing browser data doesn’t help.

@TrafficJam Its problem with the server sided. You must wait until staff fixed it.

EDIT: If you don’t want to lose streak, refresh the page until you can see your courses whether completed or not. All you need to do is refresh the page until all the mistakes disappear.

I have sent in a ‘support request’ asking that someone fix this bug.

There are three other threads relating to this bug currently running in the Forum. I’ll come back and do some ‘tidying up’ later today, but let’s give the Memrise guys a chance to fix the bug. Thanks.

Thanks for sending that request @alanh - I’m also frustrated with trying to plough through watering hundreds of words and getting nowhere!

Yeah seems they’ve been having issues the past few days with the server for some reason. It does seem to save progress sometimes, though.
