Hello Team / Équipe / Mannschaft / Teamo Memrise,
On the official Memrise courses I’m taking, (Japanese 1-3, Italian 1-3, Dutch 1-2), there appears to be no mems in them. Whenever I press [Help me remember this] the same message always pops up. Mempty. On the unofficial courses, (now on Decks), mems work perfectally fine.
May I please have an explination, that would be most appreciated.

Mems are created by the users themselves. So unless someone creates them (like you!) you won’t see any.
I am aware of that.
It may be possible that I’m really unlucky and all the words whenever I press [Help me remember this] no one has created any mems, but that is really unlikely. May I ask you to start Memrise’s course “Japanese 4”? The first word you encounter is “yoroshiku onegaishimasu”. For me this word is “mempty”, and the second word “otsukaresamadesu” is also “mempty”. I find this unlikely, is this the same with you?
There does seem to be a bug.
I have just run a preview on a few levels in some of the official Japanese, Turkish and Spanish courses on the web version and, for most of the ones I looked at there were no mems displaying.
I still have the old official Spanish(Spain) 1 and 2 on my dashboard and, interestingly, single mems for these are displaying (with pictures) - but not for the newer official Spanish(Spain) 1 and 2!
I got ‘lucky’ when I checked a couple of levels in my Spanish(Spain) 3, 4 and 5 in that a single mem (text only) was showing for some words instead of the usual selection of up to seven! All very strange! 
@Joshua or @MemriseMatty - could someone take a look into this for us, please?
