I’m getting a “no levels found to learn” even though it is clear that I have a lot of unfinished levels.
If I try to start a session through the “Learn new words” I get this message.
To be able to start a session, I need to get to a specific level, open it and then go to “learn…”
The screenshot shows the error.
Why does it go from Level 12 to Level 14? Maybe the original course creator forgot to fill in Level 13, so there is an “empty” level and that is messing everything up.
In that case, you would really need to contact the course creator whose name is attached to the course.
It would be helpful if you included a link to the actual course where this problem has been found, too.
It actually doesn’t happen in only one course and it happens occasionally.
I’ve seen it happen on German 2, and Spanish 5 courses lately.
Also, I have not found the course creator contact. Where is it located? (I believe this is a official course, created by Memrise itself, no?)
I have also had this error, on the official French 2 course. It happened as I reached either module 14 (I think) and I also ‘solved’ the problem by clicking on the module. I suspect it relates to the ChatBot modules and the completion status of these.
This issue also exists in Japanese 2. The workaround is as the above message notes but that does not fix the issue. Seems that this issue started about 3 weeks ago. I have this issue on both the kindle hd fire and the ipad (ios 11). Also saw this in French 2 on both kindle and ipad.
Let me modify me original message to show that this only occurs in the IPad, not in the Kindle. And it’s still occuring, mostly in the French 3 course. I think it’s happening in other courses but can’t remember which.
I really wish this would get fixed. App updates have come but this bug persists. For me it afflicts German 7 from about level 32 on up. Tapping on the level and then choosing to learn new words works, but I shouldn’t have to do that.
