MemRise has refused to download NEW WORDS since August 21, 2019. I have been stuck at 463 words for six days. I keep receiving a message: “Could not load the session. Sorry”. I decided to buy a one-year subscription on August 24, hoping that would solve the problem but it didn’t help. Does anyone know why this happening and what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks.
