New words can not load

I am experiencing a but, new words can not load pops up, I can go to dashboard and come back, but it’s still annoying.

Hi @Smart_boy, which course is this happening with? The ‘find out more button’ should give you more details on why this is happening.

I get exactly the same. It’s with learning Spanish from Spain. No other error messages. Learning new words never loads with always the same message. Obviously, the error message is generated on your server independent of my browser or operating system.

Hi there, this is caused by missing Grammar items on web. I’ve now ignored all Grammar levels for you so you should no longer experience this issue. More info below:

Thanks. This was quick. I’m on a desktop using a browser. Apps and cell phones are evil.
