5 months ago, I creatived my course, when I added new vocabulary, in add words section, the system researched vocabulary, which I added, however it currrently does not research and found old vocabulary

What you are experiencing is not a ‘new’ bug. It was discussed in this other thread: Adding words to underlying database?
