Is it possible to filter words that I can use only difficult words??
In this way I would like created new course from the old one.

AFAIK there are not any course clone features or filters available on the Memrise web portal.
If you are a course creator/owner or contributor, you can check all options which are available for yourself (I do not create courses, I am just a normal user).
The best option I have heard about is Memrise2Anki addon (I can not test right now because of a SSL cert verify error on my older computer system): https://github.com/wilddom/memrise2anki-extension
According to the manual and forum threads the AnkiSRS Windows application powerful “browser” allows you to do multiple things (searches, ordering, filters aka “filtered decks”, etc.) and as the Memrise (SR) metadata seems to be included on export by the addon, you may have luck with word streaks, how many repeats, marked difficult, etc.).
You really need to test this for yourself.
If you want to get the words back into Memrise you can use AnkiSRS’s own CSV export feature.
