Need refund, please!

Hi,

I absolutely have no idea about renewal setting in my account. I just planned to give Memrise pro a try for a year. Now i got my bill and it shown i had been charged for another year… I need to stop my pro subscription. Please refund my payment. Please.

@Joshua can probably help you with that or point you in the right direction. Be aware that they probably don’t work on the weekend and they in in England so there might also be a time difference
