I have canceled my pro subscription on 1st September 2021, but the auto-renewal for the annual subscription happened the same day. (I have confirmation of the transaction) I’ve still been charged to my credit card for the new subscription period. I need help canceling that transaction on my card. I tried to send an email to Memrise but seem to only get automatic replies. I tried to get refund from google pay, they said that only app provider can issue this refund. Thank you.
