Need help! Classes are acting weird

I have been off Memrise for a week and a half. Today I got back on and tried to use my “Learn French for Polyglogts” course (7477 words if it matters). For some weird reason every time I log on to the course, or any course, the app freezes up, or loses all my progress, or runs really slow. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I have logged on with three different devices and the same problem occurs.

The course is fairly large, maybe this is causing the application to be quite sluggish.

Could you go on the dashboard and wait a few minutes before launching the session.

Thanks for the reply Joshua. I waited about four minutes on the dashboard before using the course. The problem still occurs, do you think it might be a device problem? I ask because when I use my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +) the app is slow, but my Mac book pro runs the app smoothly.

One more thing I think my phone automatically updated a while ago. Would that be a reason my app is being problematic?

It could be device issue, however a phone such as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge shouldn’t have performance issues.

There might be a problem with the application. Could you try reinstalling the application and see if there is any improvement in performance?
