Need a refund as soon as possible

I forgot to about my memrise subscriptions because I didn’t used it anymore and suddenly I saw today when I checked my bank account and email, it auto renewed without any notifications or warning. I would like a refund as soon as possible. I cancelled my subscription already. Can I still get my money? Please
