Need a refund after autorevnew

@MemriseMatty My pro account auto renewed without my knowledge through itunes today. I don’t intend to keep the service and I just cancelled my membership. Can you instruct me how I can get a full refund?

Hi @ZhangChengjie36,

Please note that if you signed up via Apple/iTunes (iOS), you will need to get in touch with Apple directly to request a refund. (Unfortunately Apple do not allow developers to access the refunds system)
