Hi! I have encountered a big problem with my Memrise app. Modules listed in this topic name are not working. They are working fine on the website. This is pretty frustrating because those are the features I have paid for. I have tried reinstalling the app and even upgrading my phone software. I would be glad if you could help me because I’m using Memrise only on my phone

Yeah, now I know exactly when my app goes nuts. When I end one level in a course all those fuctions become blocked. I have to reinstall the app then to make them work again. Are you going to fix this bug? Or does anyone has a clue how to solve this issue? If this doesn’t stop I would probably want my cash back…
I’m having the exact same problem. Every once in a while it will load a video but most of the time it says they’re not available, even though they work on the website. Very frustrating!
Same issue. It got fixed for a while, only to happen again. I am especially annoyed because these features are part of the Pro subscription that I have paid for. I won’t make the same mistake again unless Memrise actually starts caring about their customers and fixes the issues within the next week. It’s as simple as rolling back the app to a past version that does not have this bug. Most of the lastest app updates on Android seem to be more about breaking existing stuff than adding new and useful features anyway.
Why should I pay for features that are not working when I can simply use the free version of the app?
This is riddiculus that this topic is ignored by memrise staff…
Same problem here. I can only solve it for a short time by reinstalling the app - that only works until I finish another level. Very frustrating since I’ve paid especially for these features!

Hi. I just paid 15,00 only to get for my four Greek courses the Difficult Words (which crashes the app every second time or so) and The Listening Skills (ALWAYS telling me that I needed more words.) Hello? I have already mastered 1260 words from 1600. I did reinstall it and I did send feedbacks. I want my money back!!!
Problem partly solved. Due to user IQ too low error I tried the listening skills on a non audio course. Still an error message saying exactly that would be appropiate for an app which charges money.
It still crashes with the difficult words in one course (Ellinika A) , not the audio one.
1260 words is certainly enough! Listening Skills are only available if the words have audio and you have learned a minimum of words having audio. I suppose, that that is true in your case, right?
Well, we can try to help you here, but please, could you open a new thread in the Bugs section. Make sure to mention the course link, you OS and version.
I have a course of about 900 words, and can do the listening and difficult words just fine - no crashes. I know it is frustrating that it crashes, but because it doesn’t crash for everyone, we probably can find a solution for you.
Ok memrise, I have enough of this. You have updated your app but again this modules are not working. Are you going to resolve this? Whole year I was using only basic functions. If this is not going to start working I want my money back.
