When I am given an English word and told to choose the correct Arabic word for it from three choices and these three choices are short audio files pronouncing three different Arabic words, I can tap on the incorrect ones but not the correct one. This happened on two different occasions.
@NatashaNS, I agree. I don’t care about points either even though my earlier posts imply that. It is annoying because it is making me review words that I know whereas I should be spending time reviewing words that I don’t know that well yet.
It has also happened to me regularly the last couple of months. This evening I could not select the audio for eläin, poika, and kaikkiaan, plus a few more I can’t remember, in the course 3000 most common Finnish words.
I am having the same problem in all courses. I do not care about points either but its been a while with this problem and is annoying. I hope the staff could fix this soon!
Small tip for developers:
It happens always when the particular word/item has only one related audio file.
When there are two audio files in the word/item - it seems to work correctly.
The problem is general (it is not related with specific course) and it is indeed very annoying.
I was experiencing the problem to some extent before, but the newest Android release just exacerbated the problem. About 90% of the Multiple Choice Audio questions can’t be answered correctly - the correct answer is actually grayed out from the moment the question is loaded.
Samsung Galaxy S5
Android 6.0.1
Android app version 2.94_3_3213_memrise
Using Android on my phone, I have the latest version of the app and am having the same problem as other people are mentioning:
if I have three audio choices, the correct word is not available and always appears as light-blue and cannot be clicked on. In order to continue, I am forced to deliberately select the wrong answer.
Kinda annoying
Is there any chance that the promised fix is going to happen soon, @BeaTrisy?
