Description: Internal server error 500 appears on Chatbots. Seems to only appear for English / English US courses for Chinese speakers.
Cause: (Likely) It looks like the chats in question have been deleted, but the iOS app is not reflecting those changes. Trying to access deleted chats presents an error.
Please note: It’s worth mentioning this was an introductory chat, which didn’t teach you any new items or sentences. So rest assured that you are not missing out on content. Updating to the latest version / un-install / re-installing the app may refresh the system and solve this error.
