Merging two accounts

Dear community,

I have been using the Memrise app with Pro for a while and i have been very satisfied. My friend told me to try it on the PC, but i can’t seem to log in. Forgot password won’t send anything to my current email. I am always logged in on the app but don’t remember my account name or password. I want to link my progress to my Facebook account.

Account 1 (mobile app):
Name: Haalfeyniidufiik
Email: mic***@gmail.com
Password unknown
Much progress

Account 2 (facebook):
Name: MichelBrand7087
Email: sup***@hotmail.com
Password known
No progress

What can i do? :slight_smile:
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the Memrise team, but I’m being ignored so far.

Have you tried logging in with google?
You don’t have to do a separate account.

Or have you forgotten your Google password? If so try to log into gmail from PC and you will get help.

Or ask @MemriseMatty if nothing seems to help

It was linked to my google+ account. Thank you very much. I had no idea that this was possible.

Hey I have the same problem, but the account on my phone was created with my Apple ID and I can’t seem to log in with thus one :((
