I bought Memrise Pro to learn a new language. However, I’ve noticed that if I create Mems using my laptop browser, they don’t sync to my iPad’s Memrise App. My iPad is always connected to Wi-Fi, and it’s able to get updates about my course progress, but the Mems don’t update, so if I get a question wrong and I press “Help me learn this,” the mems I chose and created days ago on a browser don’t show up at all.
How can I force mems to sync?
Additional info:
The iPad’s Memrise app is fully updated. I’m running iOS 9.3. I have the app downloaded for offline use (not sure if this is possibly interfering.)
