I bought memrise pro life-time on my iPad on July 13th, my credit card was charged, but until now the pro feature has been activated, even when I clicked ‘Restore Purchase’ and sign out then sign in again.
I sent an email to [email protected] but didn’t get any answer from Memrise.
I also reported to Apple, but it said “This order is not refundable”
Alternatively if you would like a refund, you would need to get in touch with Apple directly to request this. (Unfortunately Apple do not allow developers such as ourselves to access the refunds system).

Thanks for the screenshots. Can you un-install the app and re-install it? Can you then sign back in with the same username and password, and restore purchase. Can you also do the above over a strong wifi connection. Please let me know if this works…
Regarding the second screenshot, Apple should be able to issue a refund but you may need to click the “Contact iTunes Store Support” option.
