I canceled my subscription the day after I was charged for a whole year of pro. I don’t have pro and I don’t have my money. What do I do? http://community.memrise.com/u/memrisesupport. I’ll have to issue a charge back if I can’t get this resolved in the next couple of days.

I cancelled my one year subscription days after signing up because of the new design making memrise such a miserable experience. My pro membership stopped working pretty much right away, but it took a few days for the refund to show up in my credit card account as a credit. It did show up, however! Just took time to make it through the banking systems.
Did you get any kind of confirmation email after cancelling? How long ago did you cancel? Keep in mind also that it’s a long weekend in many western countries due to the Easter Holiday and so it might take a little longer for transactions to process.
I also was billed after cancelling.Today they took money from my poket but I can not use Premium.
