please help. my username is Kialo29.
i have been charged for an auto renewal and i cannot afford it. I have messaged your support over a dozen times and all i am getting are automated responses which dont help. in addition the link i received which took me to the 30 day money back guarantee isn’t working. Please can i have a refund
