I’ve subscribed to Memrise Pro the 4th of May for a month, but suddendly my subscription disappeared just some minutes ago.I’ve just received a email that says they have problems regarding my card payment, which is obvious because I just needed a month and didn’t want to pay for another month that I wouldn’t use. What do I have to do to continue using my Pro subscription? It should expire the 3rd of June.
But that’s how subscriptions work. You agreed to an ongoing subscription, that you could cancel anytime, “effective the following billing cycle”, What that means is that if you paid for your first month on May 4, and cancelled right away, your cancellation wouldn’t kick in for a month. You would still owe a June 4 payment, and the plan would then end July 3. Memrise doesn’t offer an option to purchase just one month of service.

In this case, it looks like your Memrise Pro was removed by mistake, 2 weeks early.
We can also see you re-subscribed to a quarterly plan. We have now refunded the original 1 month payment made on 4 May 2017 via Paypal.

Correct. However you can subscribe for a rolling month payment, and cancel after the first few days. This should ensure your subscription will cease at the end of that 1 month period.
