Memrise only partly recognising me

Earlier today I was working at home on both desktop and App - all per normal. Now I am out and working only on App. I logged on OK and all my courses are showing but when I went into doing “Reviews” there were no words to review - just all new words. Anyone else with this same problem?

Lately, when I’ve tried using the app version on iOS, it’s taken a long time to update/sync my learning. When I first tap the down arrow to call up my course list, the yellow progress bars don’t show the correct numbers. Tapping on one of the courses and then returning to the course list seems to do the trick.

Previously, as mentioned in the linked thread, I needed to remove and reinstall the app to get it to sync.

All a bit ‘clunky’!

Thanks @alanh for sharing that link - I hadn’t seen that thread before. I will uninstall and reinstall the app as suggested.

CAREFUL! You will lose your course progress info, as I found out.

Thanks for the warning. It’s fine when I’m on my desktop. I deleted the app and reinstalled and all appears to be OK.
