Memrise not honoring pro membership, and not responding to inquiry

Have any of you upgraded to Memrise pro after receiving a discounted pro membership by email, just to have the pro status not recognized by your account? I upgraded on my phone when I received the email and do not have a receipt, but it clearly charged my credit card. I have emailed the memrise support ([email protected] and [email protected]), but no one has responded to my emails in the last 5 days. Has anyone else had a similar problem, and any other recommendations on what I can do? I would rather have memrise pro and will not contact my credit card to remove the charge unless there seems to be no other way.

No, it does not

Iā€™m probably sounding a little silly here, but have you tried logging out and logging back again, both on the website and in the app?

I seem to recall that you need to do that before the pro functions show up.

@borden.wilson ~ I got the e-mail again this morning and finally decided to upgrade. Once I did, Pro was active immediately.
