My students are doing memrise in front of me, on a course from our group, and yet only a few of their points are making it to the group leaderboard. However I can see they have done 1000s of points.

They may be getting the points. but not on the course(s) set for the group which means they dont go on the leaderboards
Alas, They are definitely doing the courses from my group.
Hmmm. Not sure. ive invited @BeaTrisy to the topic, she manages bugs at Memrise. She’ll probably know what to do. Hope this helps you
