Memrise for android doesn't sync my attached audio files

I’ve created my own course using web version from my PC. Added several words to the vocabulary and uploaded some audio files to several words from that vocabulary. Then I opened android app and my course appeared there, but looks like audio files hadn’t been syncronized. Is it expected behavior? If not, then how can I force my android to syncronize audio files for words from my vocabulary to play them automatically on my android during words learning, 'cause I’ve already restarted android app several times?

Do they play if you go via browser on your Android device?

If I use Google chrome on my android and open memrise.com, it plays for me my audio (play icon near the word is available and if i press - it works). Just checked android app again. No sound. Uploaded file was mp3 as far as I remember.
I can send example file if needed.

Would you send me a link to your course.

Here it is.

Word “for instance” has audio file.

It THE only word that has audio both on web and on app.

Have you tried logging out and in? Clearing cache?

Yep. Logging-out and logging-in hepled. Now this sound works.
So, looks like it doesn’t sync files if I just close app without pressing log-out.

If I remember correctly, I was working with this dics in a following way:
I created my dict and added several words. Then tried my android. It synced vocabulary great. After that I added several sounds, tried to check my android. It didn’t work. So, as a matter of facts, I deleted some added audio files and left only 1.

BTW, I installed it to my another android and course was synced with audio as well. So if I update vocabulary after it has been synced to my android, I should do log-out and log-in back.

It kind of resolves the issue. It might be confusing for others though.

Thanks.

Logging out and in always fixes sync problems if there is no other issues. It is the first thing to try. That’s why I suggested it
