Memrise Course French 6 / Italian 3 Video not loaded because of the format

I love it that Memrise has its own French courses and those have videos. Great for leaning.
I’ve been learning French 6 and everything was fine, but today, suddenly the videos stopped working (see the screenshot). Nothing else has changed (I am using the same computer; and I tried different browsers – the problem persists).

I have the same problem with Italian 6. The videos don’t work.

I have the same problem with mozzilla fire fox and google chrome. The videos don’t display. I have downloaded the latest version of flash player and I still have the same problem.

Hi Dubcats, can you please send us a screenshot. In order to fix any video problems, we require the word associated to the video.

This is the screen shot. I am using windows seven with the mozzilla firefox browser on a pc. I have updated flash player to make sure its the newest version. Nearly all the videos won’t play, its not just this one.

Thanks for the screenshot, the videos in Italian 6 level 10 are broken. Our web team will have a look into it. :sunglasses:

@Dubcats Italian 6 videos has been fixed, you can now watch them in your learning sessions.

same problem with french 2. all the videos in this course is like this.

So sorry for the trouble, we’re looking into the French video’s right now. Hopefully our developers can get it fixed asap!

Sorry, but in Italian 3 some of the videos are broken as well.
