I recently signed up for pro in hopes of seeing the Meet the Natives videos. I’m currently learning the official Memrise Spanish (Spain) courses, levels 1, 2, and 3. It says there are no videos for those levels. I’ve never been able to view any videos…

Can you post some screenshots of the course you are on / the message showing no videos? We can then advise. Thanks

This is what I see every time. I click on Meet the Natives, the aqua color screen comes up and then it takes me back to the home screen and this error message appears.
- Wait for some words to turn blue and then try again (I can’t access the Natives when there is nothing to review)
- start learning a new level

The courses are:
Spanish (Spain) 1
Spanish (Spain) 2
Spanish (Spain) 3
I’ve completed the entire Spanish 1 and 2 courses and the videos do not work on any level.

@LivyQ Can you do the following:
- Un-install and re-install the app.
- Sign in with the same username and password.
- Access Spanish 1: https://www.memrise.com/course/1098043/spanish-spain-1/
- Select Meet the Natives.
Please let us know the result.
