Meet the natives-French videos

Hello, I have a “Pro” account and yet I can’t use
"Meet The Natives" option and I don’t know why…
I’ve tried to log out and back in and it didn’t work
and I tried to download the French A1 course and it
didn’t do anything as well… what should I do?
I’m using Android, Version 2.9_3901_memrise, Nexus 5x

I think it would be helpful to the bug hunters at Memrise if you would tell them what version of the App and what operating system you’re using - IOS or Android.

This is the Android bug forum so I’m guessing Android.

Yes, it’s in this forum now, because I moved it here after he supplied those details. It had been posted in the French Language forum originally, without details, but he edited his post and supplied those details after I suggested it.

Hi, we no longer support A1 French. Also, there are no videos in the course A1 French.

Our A1 and A2 courses have been re-structured.

French 1 - 3 equate the former A1 course.
French 4 - 6 equate A2 level and 7 is at a B1 level.
