Can anyone help? If I try to go into meet the natives on my mac air laptop the message, Whoops, Could not load the session, sorry, keeps coming up. It works fine on my iphone and I have tried logging out on my phone incase it is a double use policy or something but it still won’t work on my laptop. I’d be grateful if anyone can help as its really annoying. I do have Pro membership.

Open Chrome and start a review session.
Go to the Chrome menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
In the chrome developer tools make sure the “Console” tab is clicked
Continue with your review session until you get the error.
Take a screenshot of your whole browser window, making sure to catch the error message(s) and send it to us
Once we have this info we can look further into this issue.

Could you also kindly follow the other steps oultined in my previous message as this will grately help in troubleshooting the issue. To be more specific:

Just realised that I also never see the hints button on my Mac! Maybe it doesn’t recognise that I’m a Pro member. Maybe a should cancel the paid package as my Mc obviously doesn’t like it!!!
