Hi everyone!
I’m having the aforementioned problem, since I’ve bought my Android cell phone. I’m a Memrise pro customer, and I didn’t have any trouble when I had my Iphone. I’m learning both Italian and German, using spanish as first language.

This is the same problem for me! I know the recommendation is to log in and out/uninstall and reinstall the app, but if I do that another problem arises that I then have to redownload thr courses for offline mode, which often fails with a ‘network error’… because I’m currently overseas without regular access to internet I have chosen to just leave it because last time I did this, yes it brought back the skills but I lost offline mode access. (I’ve had to uninstall/reinstall the app three times already to get these “Learn with Locals” and “Listening Skills” features to even work)
It’s pretty disappointing that we can’t use all features properly, please fix it in the next update instead of making us try to salvage it short-term! @MemriseSupport @MemriseMatty
I have a feeling that this bug is linked to disabling audio questions on the app - it didn’t seem to be a problem until I did so.
