Meet the native seems to loop forever without progressing

Hi,

I don’t really get how to use “meet the native”. It doesn’t progress like normal words would do, I can have the word “hello” show up a hundred time.

Is it normal? How do you use this mode?

It would seem logical to me to have the exact same spaced repetition algorithm that normal words have, with like 5 initial learning sessions then spaced reviews.

I don’t use it, but they might make you have the word hello a hundred times, just so that you can learn it, and get the pronunciation : )
