I’m curious as to whether anybody has ever tried making a manual Memrise/spaced repetition system. Of course this is how most people did this stuff before Memrise. But I guess I’m wondering is people have tips, at the moment I am imagining a system with boxed and words on cards.

This is for myself as, sometimes I think the act of physically writing it (as opposed to typing it) might do me some good and also as I am trying to teach my daughter a language.

I guess I was also curious as to whether people had come up with their own tweaks to such a system as well.
