When I logged in this morning, I noticed that the leaderboards were not working, specifically for my scores. The users’ scores are still present, while it seems that my score has been reset to zero. My total points have not been touched, and I have not deleted courses. So, I was wondering if there’s anything that I can do to fix the issue, or if anyone else has experienced the same issues.
Are you referring to the short, 5-person leaderboard that shows up on the left side of your dashboard? If so, I can explain what’s happening.
That leaderboard refers to points for the week, and it resets at 12:00am Monday morning GMT. If some of the people you’re following have used Memrise since the week reset, than they will have points for the week. If you had not used Memrise since sometime Sunday (or earlier), than you would not yet have points for this week.
