When I create my own course, how can I make it so that some words are made learned faster than others like in the official courses (for example when the english word is very similar to the word in the target language, I don’t to go through it very often but the flower can grow quicker).
Does this feature exist in form of some attribute or something like that?

Don’t think there’s such an attribute. You could put all such words in the first section(s) of the course and then the assumption is that if these words are easy to learn they will not be repeated later as often as the later more complex words added to the course.
If you’re learning on the Web you can utilise the auto-learn script. It doesn’t work with the apps.
