Lost streak

Dear Memrise support,

I have send two e-mails (on October 27th and October 30th) regarding this issue but have not received a reply yet, so I thought I’d give it a try here.

My streak for the “Learn Basic French” course has been reset, I had a streak going on of 299.
Today (November 2nd) it would have been 306.

I did not change the time zone, was connected to the internet and achieved the daily goal on time. Can somebody please reinstate the streak? Because losing it for no reason works kind of demotivating.

That’s an impressive streak indeed!
My colleague @MemriseMatty is going through all our support emails at the moment so hopefully he can reinstate your streak asap.

I was afraid that something may have gone wrong with the e-mails and that’s why I decided to post a message here.

I am not sure whether I am supposed to reply here or start a new topic.

The Learn basic French streak has not been reinstated yet. :frowning: I really don’t mean to come accross naggingly, so my apologies if I do.

I started this streak on new years eve. My new years resolution was to maintain a streak of a whole year. Needless to say, I am bummed that it reset itself while I am so close to reaching that goal.
I still hope it can be reinstated.

Due to the recent website and server issues, we’re holding off looking at Streak related requests until we’re certain everything is running correctly. If you’ve emailed support, then your Streak will be looked at as soon as possible.
