Lost streak due to power cut

Dear Memrise, I lost my streak due to power outage, it was over 100 days and meant a lot to me, is there any way to restore this?

There is a form you can fill in (for lost streaks on individual courses where you have set a goal). I’ll try to find the link for it. I don’t think there is one for overall daily usage. That happened to me a number of years ago after 1223 days. I feel your pain.
