Lost my streak

I lost my streak on Xml course … when change time to new one
please help me … it is 408 days :frowning:

You need to get in touch with Memrise directly, they are usually very understanding and should resume your streak.

ambiguous answer, my dear: the user did get in touch with memrise, s/he posted in here - what other method does one “normal user” know for getting in touch with memrise directly?

The best way is to email them… [email protected] I think. Is what I meant.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you’re having these issues. On this occasion, we’ve restored your Streak! You should now have the days of progress showing on your account.

Please remember as a one (wo)man band, we may not always be able to restore these Streaks :wink:

The goal setter resets at midnight every day. It is important to set your timezone according to your location so that the Daily Reminder (adjustable in Settings for the app) happens at the right time, and for the app to record your points accordingly.
