I noticed that I have lost my continuous streak of 365 days and it is now back to 361 days. It is showing that I have no learning events for Wednesday (16/08/17) when in fact I don’t believe I missed any days in the past week/year. Also the five courses for which I have goals set are all OK and showing as correct, i.e. none of them have dropped back to zero. I just rechecked and my time zone remains correctly set. @Lien and @MemriseMatty - can you kindly review? Thanks.
@MemriseMatty… I’d still like to get my 365-day streak back. I use Memrise every day and yet it shows “No learning events” for one day recently. This is in conflict with continuous streaks for the five courses I have goals set for. Can you please review? Thanks.

Regarding your Streak, it sounds like you are referring to 2 separate Streaks.
1. Streaks for courses
- Streaks for courses are calculated based on each day you reach your daily goal on a given courses, and are continuous.
2. Best Streak
- Best Streak is calculated in a different manner. It instead looks at your learning history over the last 365 days, and looks at the days you’ve had a learning event on Memrise.
We looked at your Best Streak and can see that on August 16th 2017, there was a learning event missed. This could happen for a number of reasons, such as Learning Offline and not syncing with the Memrise servers in-time.
Your best Streak within the past 365 days currently stands at 337. This is because your Best Streak achieved would run from 13th Sept 2016 - August 16th 2017 (337 days).
I hope this clarifies how the Best Streak works compared to the Course Streak.
