Hi, due to an app problem I couldn’t open memrise all night. When it finally opened it had past midnight so I had lost my streak of 237 days. Although in theory it doesn’t mean much, it was motivating me to come and use the app everyday in preparation for exams next summer. Does anyone know if there’s a way to get this back as it was through no fault of my own, thanks 
237 Days?! That must be a disappointment. Personally, my best streak is only 100. That must be tough for you. I do not think it is possible to recover your streak. Very sorry about that. Should we report this “glitch” of not being able to open the app to an Admin? But, hope you can get it back!

there is actually an option. Could not find the link in the portal right now.
But on the phone you could check in FAQ or use the chat to get the link.
There you can request to get the streak restored, may take some time.
I’m also waiting since some days right now for a restore
