Lost all mems

Hello! Yesterday I discovered that all my mems were missing. During my years of training, I added thousands of mems, and now they are gone. Who knows what could be the problem? My course is “Maevskiy personal list”.

No I started to create new Mem’s and today lost everything again.

I didn’t have a password. I’ve always been using Facebook to access memrise. Is there anyway to restore my mems to what they were, say, two weeks ago?

It will be too user-oriented. Recently Memrise was about to abandon all non-official courses users. I have been using this service for many years, and I learned a long time ago that the deafness of Memrise team to the problems and inconveniences of their users is stated in the company’s mission.
