I had for a few years a 365 days streak as I use memrise everyday since. Today I noticed my 365 days streak is no more there. The statistics pretend I didn’t any learning on November, 25th, but on that day I did it as every other day. I checked my browser history and it is here:

On 25th November, we experienced performance issues due to an upstream incident from AWS. This was a widespread issue across all apps that use this cloud platform.
This means that Memrise users may have experienced slow loading times and sign-in issues.
In order to combat this, we had to temporarily disable learning stats. Now that the issue is rectified on AWS’s side, we have enabled learning stats again so users should see this recording as normal. During this downtime, users’ points and progress will have been saved. However, the stats graph on the dashboard will not display data for learning events during this time, so users may see a gap in their stats.
Your streaks should not have been affected by this, but if you find your streak was broken, as @Olaf.Rabbachin mentioned, please request a streak restoration via this form.

Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to resolve a similar issue last September.
Today though, I’m experiencing the problem again (-daily goals marked as complete even though I haven’t done said goals yet.) I have read the relevant threads (1. My daily goal doesn’t change and 2. ‘this one’) and I thought it better to raise my issue here since it’s more recent.
From what I’ve read, I should just continue on doing my daily goals and hopefully the dashboard will reflect the correct number of streaks I have done when it is able? So I would not need to fill the “Restore My Memrise Streak” gform since mine is not technically “lost” (just not updated) correct?

Hi @MC_roan,
That’s right, no need to submit a streak restoration request for this as your streak should register later as long as you meet your daily goal.
We are working on a fix for this, so both web and app reflect the same streaks/daily goal.

Thank you very much for the clarification. In fact, my streak for a single course is not broken, but my learning stats are still broken. I hoped they will be restored, but they aren’t until now.
As I follow more than one course, my learning stats are for me more meaningful. Any chance you will fix them?

Hi @berguina. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to restore the overall stats gap that was caused by the incident on 25th November

I have also noticed that I lose my streak every time my cookies are updated. I just ignore the streak count since is is often randomly reset.
