It looks like the course creator has switched off audio for this course at this time. This could be for a number of reasons.
We would advise switching to the official Memrise created Italian courses. You will then be able to make the most of your Pro features. The Memrise courses can be found here: https://www.memrise.com/courses/english/italian/

Interesting, Listening skills is not available for my custom course too, whereas I have an audio column in my database with audio for almost all words. How can I activate it?
