Listening exercises stuck on loading screen

When I try to do the listening exercises with natives, I get stuck on the loading screen. Same for all skills (Russian 7).

Hi there, sorry about that - first of all, let’s see if this helps:

  • Please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall it. Then log back in with the same username / email address to see if this has resolved the bug.

If the issue persists, please let us know and confirm whether this happens both on Wifi and mobile data.
