Hello, I’m using your app on IPad Pro, bought Pro subscription for one year. I was happy user in the beginning but after las update I’m very upset.
Issues with memrise after recent update v 2.3.18.5964.
Looks like it stopped syncing with backend infrastructure.
My progress is no longer synced up between devices.
Leaderboard shows my score as 0 when I actually recieve non-zero points every day.
Logging off and on again did reset progress to the state before update (2 days ago).
Chat dialogs with bot keep repeating over and over.
Phrases from bot are truncated and it is impossible to answer in a right way.
In listening tasks there might be 2 right answers with male and female voice actor.
Not possible to deduce which one the app will consider as the right one.
Task becomes a guessing game.
Following a reset password link with default browser set to chrome leads to a security warning about certificate not being valid for domain https://email.memrise.com/
Copying and pasting URL to safari worked.
It seems I’m not the only one who has all this problems, please fix it as soon as possible,
